At our store, every NFC card is carefully inspected and tested before dispatch to ensure it is in perfect working condition.

No Returns or Refunds

Since all NFC cards are customized products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once the order is placed.

Device Compatibility

Customers must check whether their smartphone supports NFC before placing an order.

We are not responsible if the product does not work due to lack of NFC support on your device.

Damaged or Defective Products

In rare cases of damage or defects:

An unboxing video is mandatory

The video must clearly show:

The sealed package before opening

The complete unboxing process

All sides of the product

Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any claims.

Minor variations in print or design may occur due to customization

Orders once placed cannot be modified or cancelled
